How do I install the Slatpanel acoustic wall panels?
Our Slatpanels are designed for easy DIY installation. They can be mounted directly to the wall using high-quality construction adhesive or screwed through the acoustic felt backing into wall studs for a secure finish.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering a sample pack. This allows you to see the real wood grain, texture, and color in your own lighting environment before purchasing larger quantities.
What is the typical shipping time for domestic orders?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for our standard wood veneer and paneling products.
Can your wood panels be used in high-moisture areas like bathrooms?
While our natural wood products are durable, they are not recommended for areas with direct water contact or extreme humidity. For bathrooms, we suggest ensuring proper ventilation and applying a protective moisture-resistant finish.
What is your return policy for surplus panels?
We accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and custom-cut veneers are non-refundable.
